We are Qualified and Accredited through 218 Strand (formerly LSM), one of only 59 organisations in the UK who are Approved Mediation Providers by the Civil Mediation Council for cases referred through the Ministry of Justice, Accredited Provider Members of the Civil Mediation Council, Professional Members of the Society of Mediators, Approved Organisation Member of the Professional Mediators Association, Independent Assessors for new mediators, Charitable Trustees and our standards exceed the European Code of Conduct for Mediators which ensures competence, independence, impartiality and confidentiality.
All of our panel were trained and accredited by Jonathan Dingle FRSA of 218 Strand (formerly LSM) and his team Zoey White and Steve Malcolm OBE, whose skills we endorse.
We are committed to continue to exceed the standards set by the CMC, by the Society of Mediators and by the European Code of Conduct. We are regularly revalidated and subject to the most stringent CPD and ongoing developement.
Founder and Managing Director, Dominic Collis, is a mediation tutor at Kings College London, Training Faculty member and Assessor for Students undertaking Mediation Training in the UK, he is an accredited Civil and Commercial mediator, an accredited SEND mediator and he is a Trustee of the charity Society of Mediators.
We are able to provide mediations on a National basis and on all manner of conflict and we offer a free initial consultation by phone or email to assess the nature of any conflict you are concerned with and explain how mediation may help to progress matters towards resolution.
