Collis Mediation Ltd offers a Support Platform for Local Authority's to access a secure area to seek advice regarding low level, less complex cases for a nominal fee per case.
We provide access to an expert level of advice, remotely (secure message and email) to keep costs viable, avoid escalation into a dispute and alleviate some of the leaderships workload these cases take up.
The forum is for all manner of SEN case including how to address complaints with early intervention techniques, how to proceed when things fall out of standard process and how to avoid escalation.
This platform is accessed via a password security gateway and responses can be securely sent via Galaxkey or Egress Data Encryption.
